If you are calling into tech support and need to enable maintenance mode this is how you’ll do it.
First, go to your cpanel, so login.bluehost.com login.justhost.com or login.hostmonster.com those are just some examples.
Once logged in you’ll want to go to your server tab.
Then once you are on your server tab you’ll be on server management.
There you see Maintenance mode, and it’s Disabled. Go ahead and click on Enable.
And there you go, Maintenance Mode is enabled and you have given Tech support temporary access to your server.
